Order Policy and Processing

At 我的商店, all orders placed through our website are contingent upon the availability of items and confirmation of the final order price. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance until we provide final confirmation.

Order processing generally requires 1-3 business days. Following processing, estimated delivery typically takes between 7 and 12 business days. Shipping fees applicable to your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days after the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unused and maintained in their original condition.
Items must remain in their original packaging.
